To get started, notice that in most of the pages in estate123.com, you will see the Nina Online Assistance icon displayed on the right side of the page. There are 2 different status that you should notice. Nina will be Online or Offline. |

| When the Nina Online Assistance icon is Green color, this means that the online assistance is ONLINE. Nina will be available online and are able to give real time assistance. |
This icon indicate that the Nina Online Assistance is OFFLINE. You will need to leave a message to Nina and we will get back to you on the next working day. |

| Nina is ONLINE - Initiating conversation with Nina |
As mentioned in the previous section, the Nina Online Assistance icon will be shown on the right side of almost every pages in estate123.com. When Nina is online (Nina Online Assistance icon in Green), you can click on the icon to initiate a chat session with Nina. |

| When you click on the icon, the Nina Online Assistance window will popup. Please provide your name, email address and also select the department that you wish to contact, in this case, the Sales/Technical Support. Click the "Continue" button to begin. |

| When the chat session is initiated, you will be greeted by Nina. You can then start your conversation and explain what you need. |

| If you need to end a conversation with Nina, just inform Nina and Nina will close the converstation by sending you a page to Rate the agent that you chat with. This is just to allow us to get feedback from you and help us improve this service. |

Nina is OFFLINE - Sending Offline Message |
| When you need assistance from Nina but the Nina Online Assistance icon shows that Nina is Offline (Nina Online Assistance icon in Yellow), you can still click on icon but you will be sending offline messages to Nina. |

| The offline message window will popup on another window. There, you will need to provide your name, email address and your message. Click on the "Send a copy of this message to your email address" so that the content that you provide in this form will be sent to your email as well. Click on the "Send Message" button to submit the form. |

| Conversation request from Nina |
| There are times that Nina will also initiate a chat session with you to see if you need any assistance. While browsing the estate123.com website, notice that a Nina Online Assistance invitation will appear at the bottom right of the website. You may accept the invitation to begin chatting with Nina or you can choose to decline the invitation. |

| If you accept the invitation, the chat window will popup and you will need to provide your name and email address. Click "Continue" to start the conversation. |
