Why report invalid postings?
Because we are a FREE property portal allowing members and agents/negotiators to post their property in our portal on their will, we want to make sure that the postings at estate123.com are genuine. This is to ensure that our members and visitors that are looking for properties are able to find what they wanted.

We also want to help to ensure members are able to contact the owner for the property that they are interested in. Not to get invalid reply for property postings that is posted by unethical members. So why should you report the invalid postings to us? When we receive reports from you, we will take relevant action to check the validity of the postings. If a posting is confirmed to be a prank posting, we will remove the posting immediately. This way, the next visitor to the website will not be able to view the invalid posting anymore.

Below are the simple steps that you need to take to help report invalid postings.

Step 1: When viewing a property details, click on the Report Scam link which is situated near the bottom of the posting details.

Step 2: Once click on the Report Scam button, another window will pop-up on top of your current browser page. Please fill in your name, contact number, email address and your complaint to explain why you are reporting this posting as an invalid posting.

Step 3: After filling in the relevant details, click on the Submit button. Our administrator will receive your submission and will take relevant action on the reported postings. If you provide your contact no. we might be contacting you to inform you on the status.

I click on the Report Scam but nothing happen.

If you do not receive the pop-up window when you click on the Report Scam link, this means that your browser’s pop-up blocker might have blocked the pop-up. To disable the pop-up only for this website, notice there is a yellow bar on top of the page. Click on the yellow bar and choose “Always Allow Pop-ups from This Site…”.
