Who can post ?
As long as you have signup as a member/agent at estate123.com, you will be able
to post your property for FREE. By posting your property at estate123.com,
you might potentially close a deal here as you are able to track and manage the
enquiry by visitors that is interested with your property.
How to post ?
To start posting your property information, make sure that you already signin. Follow
the step below:
- Go to the Members Page menu and click on Add New Property.
- An introduction page provinding you with some basic information before posting will
appear. Click on the Post Property Now! button.
- Step 1 of 2 form will appear. Provide the information required
in the form and then click on the Save and Next button.
- In Step 2 of 2, you may upload photos of the property. You are
allowed to upload up to 12 photos. Having photos of your property is an advantange
as it will be displayed in the "Featured Property" section in the main page and
search page.
- Browse for the photo to upload and click on the Upload button to
upload it. Continue the same step for the remaining photos. Make sure you check
on one of the checkbox to set that photo as the primary photo which will be displayed
as the main image.
- If you do not have any photo to upload, click on the Skip this step
button.
- On the preview page, click Save and Done to complete the proces.
Tips: Do prepare information that relates to that property especially landmark or
anything that a buyer will look for when searching for property. This information
can be provided in the Keywords section and will be useful when the visitor uses
keywords to search for your property. For example, if you provide Ikea, Tesco, Mutiara
Damansara in the keyword section, a visitor that uses this keywords when searching
using the keywords field might be able to locate for your property.
What do I need to start posting?
Before you start posting, make sure you have the relevant information ready so that
you are able to go through the creation process without any problem. Below are the
basic information that you will need:
- Information of the property such as;
- Property Name, Property Type, Size of Property, the property is for Sell or Rent,
the price for Sell/Rent, State/Province/District, City/Area/Location.
- Photos of the property.
