Why do I need to personalize?
The reason you might want to personalize your page is because you want to see what you want to see. When you visit a website, you sure hope that you are able to view only the information that you wanted. You may customize a page to show property postings based on your preference. Example, if you only wish to view property located in Selangor, Damansara Perdana. Based on the preference that you set in the Personalization page, you will be presented with properties from Damansara Perdana when you visit the “My estate123” page.
What is My Estate123?
The My Estate123 is a personalization page that allows the members to customize the page to show property that they are interested in based on the criteria that they set in the page. Criteria can be set based on the State/Province/District, City/Area/Location and also the property type. By setting up this page, a member will only be presented with targeted property based on the criteria that you set. This helps to improve the time the member spend to search for property.
You are given the privilege to set up to 5 favorite location as your preference in the “My estate123” page. Once you have created the preference, each time you visit the “My estate123” page, it will only show you postings that you wanted. You can change this preference anytime.
How to Personalize?
On the main page of the estate123.com and residence123.com website, there will be a new link called "My Estate123" on the left menu. This feature requires you to login, if you are not login. If you are not a member yet, sign up as a member now for FREE. |

| Step 01 - Personalizing My Estate123 Page |
By clicking on the My Estate123 page, the member will be presented with the My Estate123 personalization page. For first timer, this page will be empty. To begin, click on the “Personalize Now!” button. The screen shot below shows the location of the Personalize Now! button. |

| Step 02 - Start Personalizing |
| Next, member will start personalizing the page by setting the criteria of the property that they wish to view in this page. To create the criteria, select the State/Province/District; follow by the City/Area/Location and the Property Type. Click on the Add button to confirm the criteria. A member can add up to 5 criteria in this page. |

The screen below shows the criteria that the member has set. There are 2 criteria in this example. This means that when the member access to the My Estate123 page, the property shown in that page will be based on these 2 criteria that they set. To view the result of the personalization, click on the View My Estate123 button. |

| Step 04 - Personalized My Estate123 Page |
The final result for personalizing the My Estate123 page will look like to the screenshot below. All information shown in this section is based on the criteria set by the member in the personalization page. A member can change or remove any criteria at any point. Just click on the “Personalize Now!” button and start from Step 02 of this user guide to make the relevant changes on the criteria. As long as the criteria are set in this page, each time the member click on the My Estate123 link, they will be presented with property postings based on the criteria that is set. |
